Russ Lyon was looking for an integrated solution to build out an existing shell space with a modern and flexible format. Ware Malcomb provided collaboration, coordination and complimentary design services on the conventional construction, which included the MPE disciplines, ceiling/soffit, and lighting. The remainder of the design was largely driven by the client through the CIS digg team and collated with the designer’s efforts.
