Careers: Director of Sales Support Services

CIS is hiring. We’re seeking a Director of Sales Support Services to lead the operations that power our sales organization. This role oversees sales support, marketing coordination, showroom management, administrative processes, and the overall client experience. You’ll be a central connector within CIS, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellence in every client and internal interaction.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support Operations

  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales support team.
  • Oversee quoting, order entry, pricing, and documentation accuracy.
  • Improve workflows, tools, and internal processes.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, branded materials, proposal content, product spotlights, and events.
  • Maintain updated manufacturer collateral, samples, and digital assets.

Showroom Management

  • Ensure CIS’s showroom reflects current product lines, interior construction solutions, and our design-forward brand.
  • Manage showroom resets, product updates, and onsite client experiences.

Administrative & Internal Operations

  • Oversee CRM accuracy, reporting, scheduling, and departmental administrative workflows.
  • Support budget tracking for showroom and marketing needs.

Client Experience Management

  • Create consistent, seamless touchpoints across the client journey.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client service issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in sales support, operations, marketing coordination, or showroom/administrative management.
  • Experience in office furniture, interiors, or related industries highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
